My Women’s Weight Loss And Wellness Blueprint is a personalized consultation process designed to help women restore balance through food, lifestyle rhythm, and simple self-care practices.

Drawing on holistic nutrition, the Japanese healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu®, and the natural healing principles of Dr. Henry Bieler and Eileen Poole, each Blueprint is tailored to your individual needs. Together we create a practical, sustainable plan that supports digestion, energy, emotional balance, and healthy weight without extreme diets or deprivation.

Many women find it challenging to maintain a healthy diet or lifestyle on their own, especially with the demands of daily life, changing hormones, and evolving health needs as they age.

Through my Women’s Weight Loss And Wellness Blueprint, I help women cut through the confusion and create a clear, sustainable path toward feeling better in their bodies at any age.

Together we explore how mindful food choices, lifestyle adjustments, and simple self-care tools can naturally support:

Virtual Consultations

All consultations are conducted by phone, FaceTime, or Zoom, allowing us to work together wherever you live.

During your initial Blueprint session, your current diet, lifestyle, and wellness habits will be assessed to understand where you are now and where you would like to be.

From this conversation, I will create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.

To further support your progress and help restore balance, I will also design a customized Jin Shin Jyutsu® self-care acupressure routine for you to incorporate into your daily life.

These simple techniques can help calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

1¼ hour session includes:

Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions allow us to refine your plan and support steady progress as your body responds.
Sessions may focus on:

  • adjusting diet and lifestyle strategies
  • 
addressing new challenges or symptoms
  • 
deepening your Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care practice
  • maintaining motivation and momentum

30 minutes: $ 65

60 minutes: $125

What I Need From You

*Please read the following list carefully.

Before your consultation, please send one email containing the information below, along with the two requested photos attached.

Many clients find it easiest to copy the list of questions into an email and place their answers after each one.

  1. A close-up photo of your face.
  2. A close-up photo of your tongue with your mouth open and your tongue relaxed, taken in good natural light.
  3. A 3–4 day food journal showing what you eat and drink, including:
    • meal times
    • snack times
    • beverages
    • rising and bedtime
  4. What foods or drinks do you crave? If someone waved a magic wand and you could eat or drink anything for a day, what would your “free pass” day look like for meals, snacks, and drinks?
  5. A list of all vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, over-the-counter medications, and prescription medications you are currently taking. Please also note who recommended or prescribed them and why.
  6. If you were a client of Eileen Poole’s, please include a copy of your most recent diet along with the date.
  7. A list of what is currently going on in your physical, mental, and emotional life that you would like to work on together.
  8. Your birthdate, height, current weight, and what you consider your ideal weight.
  9. Your current exercise routine, including type of exercise, frequency, and duration.
  10. Your blood type (if known).
  11. Your dominant Ayurvedic doshas (if you have had an Ayurvedic assessment).
  12. Whether you prefer a phone, FaceTime, or Zoom consultation.
  13. Your name, address, and phone number.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

Recording Policy

Zoom sessions may be recorded upon request.

Phone and FaceTime sessions are not recorded, although you are welcome to record them for your own reference.
