My Ageless Beauty Naturally Blueprint is a personalized consultation process designed to support skin vitality, healthy aging, and whole-body beauty from the inside out.
Drawing on holistic nutrition, the Japanese healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu®, and the natural healing principles of Dr. Henry Bieler and Eileen Poole, each Blueprint is tailored to your individual needs.
Natural facial rejuvenation within this approach is gentle and non-invasive, focusing on restoring circulation, easing stress patterns in the face and body, and supporting collagen renewal through both internal nourishment and simple self-care practices. Together we create a practical plan that supports radiant skin, emotional balance, and healthy aging naturally.
Through this Blueprint process, we work together to support both inner vitality and outer radiance using a personalized combination of nutrition, lifestyle rhythm, and simple self-care practices.
Each client receives a customized plan that may include:

Virtual Consultations
All consultations are conducted by phone, FaceTime, or Zoom, allowing us to work together wherever you live.
Your first session begins with an assessment of your current diet, lifestyle, and self-care habits. From there, we create a personalized plan designed to support both your inner vitality and your skin’s natural radiance.
You will also receive a customized facial rejuvenation self-care plan, including a simple and effective Jin Shin Jyutsu® acupressure routine for the face along with product suggestions suited to your skin’s individual needs.
Together, these inner and outer strategies work in harmony to help you look and feel your best at any age—naturally, gracefully, and confidently.

Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions allow us to refine your plan and support continued progress as your body and skin respond.
Sessions may include:

- addressing skin or wellness changes as they arise

What I Need From You
*Please read the following list carefully.
The information you provide before our session allows me to thoughtfully review your history and begin developing your personalized Wellness or Ageless Beauty Naturally Blueprint before we meet.
To ensure I have adequate preparation time, please send the requested information and photos in a single email at least three days before your scheduled consultation. Receiving your information in advance allows me to make the most effective use of our consultation time together.
Many clients find it easiest to copy the list of questions into an email and place their answers after each one.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- Your birthdate, height, current weight, and what you consider your ideal weight.
- A close-up photo of your face.
- A close-up photo of your tongue with your mouth open and your tongue relaxed, taken in good natural light.
- A list of what is currently going on in your physical, mental, and emotional life that you would like to work on together. Please include your primary goals and concerns.
- A list of all vitamins, minerals, supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, over-the-counter medications, and prescription medications you are currently taking. Please also note who recommended or prescribed them and why.
- A 3–4 day food journal showing what you eat and drink, including:
- meal times
- snack times
- beverages
- rising and bedtime
- What foods or drinks do you crave? If someone waved a magic wand and you could eat or drink anything for a day, what would your “free pass” day look like for meals, snacks, and drinks?
- If you were a client of Eileen Poole’s, please include a copy of your most recent diet along with the date.
- Your current exercise routine, including type of exercise, frequency, and duration.
- Your blood type (if known).
- Your dominant Ayurvedic doshas (if you have had an Ayurvedic assessment).
- Whether you prefer a phone, FaceTime, or Zoom consultation.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged in full.
Recording Policy
Zoom sessions may be recorded upon request.
Phone and FaceTime sessions are not recorded, although you are welcome to record them for your own reference.
